NRH Fix It Blitz
CERT team members gave back to their community by volunteering to help with the Neighborhood Initiative Program “Fix It Blitz”. Over the course of 2 days volunteers completed numerous community service projects to help those less fortunate. Projects included home repairs, maintenance and yard work for the elderly, mentally or physically challenged and single parents in our community. The Fix It Blitz was held in both June and October of 2011.
